Jeff put Zoey in the back of his truck, which usually is ok, but this time he had his golf bags in there. She climbed on top of them and when he turned a corner she fell out. He says he thinks Jenny pushed her. She had to have surgery and two pins put in. Now I have to some how keep her quiet and off it as much a possible for 3 to 4 weeks. It's a bad break and if it doesn't heal properly they may have to take the leg. I really don't want that to happen.
We're not going to get much of a family vacation this year with the kids work schedules and such so we decided to take a couple days and go to Rapid City. We had so much fun. It was great just being together.

BEAR COUNTRY This place is awesome. Bears, wolves, Bison, Reindeer, Elk come right up to your car. And then you walk through babyland and see all the cubs. This was the highlight of the trip for me!
REPTILE GARDENS Reptile garden's was way fun. Especially the alligator show. This guys was hilarious. He was showing us how to "subdue" an alligator (like we would ever need to) and was totally sweaty and exhausted by the end. When he was feeding them he got cornered by about 5 and got a little nervous buy worked his way out. Brooklynn got to be part of the bird show and held a baby boa constrictor. McKenzie and Londyn about freaked!! They HATE snakes. The huge alligator behind glass was shipped in from Australia cause he kept eating the other alligators he was caged with. He was scary.
McKenzie recieved a few awards for her work with concert band, marching band and jazz band. She loves music and is thinking of majoring in it in College.
Her music directors are bother's, the Rose's, and they have a good time!!
These are two projects Jordan made for me in his woodworking class; the vase and the table. He did such an amazing job. People have actually offered him a good deal of money for both of them but I had to remind him that these were my Birthday and Mother's day gifts and he would have to pry them out of my cold dead hands before I let him sell them.
These pictures are done a little backwards but you'll get the idea. Melissa and her little girl LaRee came for a visit and we had an incredible time. Melissa and I grew up together and are more like sister's then anything. We actually are distant cousins but everyone who sees us thinks we're sisters. Even the lady at the airport that felt sorry for Mel as she said good-bye to me and sat and boobed waiting for her plane. It was a breath of fresh air having them here and I can't wait for them to come back with Sione (her husband) in August.
LaRee loved Zoey and got a real kick out of crawling into her kennel
This one is my favorite

We went to Billings for a "Time Out for Women" seminar and stayed at a hotel with an awesome water park. LaRee was in heaven. We had soooo much fun and it was great getting to know LaRee a little better.
